Large (80 square meters) spacious 3-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen, and one freshly renovated new marble bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine, and a separate WC/toilet for everyone's convenience. It is by the side of one of the little cute parks in the heart of Tallinn called Lembitu Park - with a nice little playground for children. Two of the bedrooms have Queen Size beds, and the third bedroom has a large, 180cm King Size bed. Second bedroom also has a sofabed, converting to a 140cm wide Queen bed, sleeping an additional two people. Third bedroom can have a fold-away bed added, providing a 3rd sleeping place in that room. In total, 9 people can comfortably sleep in this apartment. There is a spacious common kitchen with a large dining table - fully equipped with all daily requirements in mind, providing much more than usual rental apartments offer. All cooking amenities you need to make a full meal from a wine opener, cheese grater, potato peeler, lots of sharp knives, colander, sieve, and of course all plates, bowls, cups, glasses of various sizes for your convenience. Salt, pepper, oil provided not like many apartments where you need to go out to buy basics.

Lauteri street (named after Estonian writer Ants Lauteri) is a prestigious, clean, safe street in Tallinn City Center, next to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Solaris Shopping Centre. Estonian Business School (EBS) and the Austrian Embassy are on the same street.
