A bright, spacious and comfortable penthouse-like 4-bedroom, 1,5-bathroom apartment next to the famous Hotel Olympia/Radisson Blue, on the same street as the American Embassy of Estonia - safe and quiet. It is a 3min walk from EBS Estonian Business School. 7min walk to all the Old Town restaurants and bars. 5min walk to the Solaris, Stockmann and Viru Center shopping centers. 10min walk from the central bus station, and a 10min taxi ride from the airport.  Under the building is one of Tallinn's most famous donut and coffee shops - Sõõrikukohvik - which does very cheap and tasty Estonian daily lunches and dinners. School Semesters (Autumn: September until December. Spring: January until May): Located 100m from Estonian Business School (EBS), located behind Hotel Olympia (now known as Radisson Blu). Great bus connections to all parts of Tallinn and other universities. Each room rent includes:  all utility costs (electricity, water, heating, wifi) - blanket, pillow, two sets of bedsheets, and bath towels, hair dryer, laundry drying rack per person. - fully equipped kitchen with all tableware, pots, pans, hotplates, as well as an electric water kettle, a coffee machine, toaster, microwave. There is also a Security Deposit equal to one month rent, payable at the time of signing the contract, and reimbursed to you within 3 weeks from the end of the rental period. There is a 200 EUR contract fee payable once at the time of signing the contract for each room.

Kentmanni street is located in Tallin City Center (Estonian: "Kesklinn"), a 5min walk to the famous Old Town where you will be going out for drinks and dinner.
