Personal offer
You get a quote and the contract details. Pay the one-time 200 € contract fee to reserve the room.

Contract and deposit
Sign the contract and pay the deposit (one month’s rent). The room is yours, and you can register your address for the TRP.

Move in
Bed made, towels out, kitchen stocked with pots and plates. Bring a suitcase.
